On two previous hearings, when the matter was listed before the
Court viz. 21st of August, 2020; and 21st of October, 2021, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners. Today, also, when the case came up for consideration, neither the Petitioners nor their Counsel is present. Seemingly, the Petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this Petition. May be the cause for which this Petition was filed does not survive at this point of time. Accordingly, this Writ Petition, along with the connected CMs(s), is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim directions, if any subsisting as on
date, shall stand vacated.
