Despite notice issued in MCC No.236/2018 to the non-applicants, objections have not been filed by them, which shows that the other side has no objection in allowing this application for bringing on record one Ajay Singh, legal heir of deceased Smt. Krishna, respondent No.26, daughter of Ganga Ram, R/o Kundorian District Udhampur.
Application is allowed and Sh. Ajay Singh is brought on record as legal heir of respondent No.26.
It is contended that the Union of India has filed APCIV No.77/2015 titled Union of India v. Manohar Singh and others whereby condonation application along with connected appeal has been dismissed.
It is submitted that the appeal filed by the Union of India titled Union of India v. Manohar Singh and others has been dismissed on the point of limitation on 26.09.2016.
Therefore, in view of dismissal of the condonation of delay application and connected appeal, the legal heirs of deceased Krishna, namely, Ajay Singh is entitled to the share of deceased respondent No.26, and accordingly, Registry is

directed to release the share of deceased respondent No.26, Krishna in favour of
the legal heirs along with interest if any accrued thereon after proper verification and identification.
Application is accordingly allowed.
