This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Civil Miscellaneous Appeal under Section 30 of Employees’ Compensation Act against the award dated 28.3.2018 passed by the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act 1923 (Assistant Labour Commissioner) Jammu in case file no. 18/D- EC Act/2015 titled Ram Paul and others vs Vijay Kumar and others.
This Court vide order dated 17.10.2018 had set the respondents 3-4 exparte and directed to list the application for condonation for consideration.
Since no objections from other side have been filed, this Court is left with no option but to accept the contention of the applicant made in the application seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Miscellaneous appeal.
Delay condoned.
CONC No. 125/2018 is accordingly disposed of.
