From the last two consecutive hearings there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and today also when the case was called out nobody turned up to represent the petitioner.
From the perusal of the order-sheet, it transpires that this petition is pending since 11th March 2019, and even notice in the matter has not been issued because of non-availability of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
From the above, it is apparent that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecution of this petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
