Notice issued to the non-applicants/respondents was received back with a report that the same could not be served due to insufficiency of address. Thereafter, the petitioner was directed to furnish a fresh and complete address of the respondents. A number of opportunities were given to the petitioner for the purpose, but no steps were taken.
Minutes of the proceedings show that even the counsel for the petitioner did not appear before the Registrar Judicial despite service of notice upon him.
In view of the above, it appears that the applicant/appellant has lost interest in prosecuting this application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
