Mr. Sheikh Feroz, learned Dy. AG appearing for the respondents, has produced a copy of Government Order No. Home/PB-V/995 of 2020 dated 13.04.2020, passed by the Principal Secretary to Government, whereby detention order of detenue-Tanveer Ahmad Ganie S/o Ab Rashid R/o Ashtangoo Tehsil Aloosa and District Bandipora, has been revoked with immediate effect.
In view of the aforesaid fact, this petition has been rendered infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication.
Hence, this petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
