ORDER
Mr. Sajad Ashraf, learned Government Advocate, submits that there is
no further extension in detention of detenue in this case. He has placed on record copy of communication dated 08.02.2020.
Vide communication dated 08.02.2020, issued by the Home Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the Superintendent, Central Jail, Varanasi (UP), Home Department, was also directed to release the detenue on 09.02.2020.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition does not survive for consideration and is, accordingly, dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
