This matter came up for consideration on 23.10.2020 and learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while sought an adjournment for addressing on the question of maintainability of the writ petition. Matter came up for consideration again on 27.10.2020 and subsequently on 11.11.2020 on which dates none appeared for the petitioner.
Matter again came up for consideration on 24.11.2020, on which date, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for 14.12.2020 in the interest of justice.
Today, as well none appears for the petitioner, suggesting that the
petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
