Mr. F.A. Natnoo, AAG states that objections have been filed where under the death of the son of the petitioner has been admitted. The registration of the FIR being FIR No. 08/2020 registered at Police Station, Qaimoh is also admitted.
Mr. F.A. Natnoo, AAG states that there is no legal impediment for the
official respondents in general and respondent No. 2 in particular in the matter for issuance of death certificate of the deceased Partap Singh- son of the petitioner.
In view of the submission and stand taken by Mr. Natnoo, respondent No. 2 is directed to issue the necessary death certificate relating to deceased Partap Singh-son of the petitioner without any fail preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order in accordance with law and rules occupying the fields.
Accordingly, disposed of.
