ORDER
The present petition was filed way back in the year 2010
challenging the order dated 01.01.2010 transferring the petitioner. The petitioner was initially recruited as RET, however, later-on was regularized as General Line Teacher.
While issuing notice on 19.01.2010, interim stay was granted. The petitioner must be enjoying the fruits thereof.
In the present petition, reference was also made to the two similar writ petitions bearing SWP Nos. 18/2010 and 04/2010. Both the aforesaid writ petitions have already been disposed of. The petitioner, who is now working as General Line Teacher cannot be allowed to continue at the place of posting of her choice. The department is at liberty to utilize her services as per the policy, wherever required.

In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing survives in the present writ
petition now and same is accordingly disposed of.
