ORDER
A request was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for
preponing the date of hearing in the writ petition to enable him to withdraw the same.
The prayer is allowed. The date of hearing in the writ petition is preponed from 28.08.2020 to today.
Writ petition is taken on Board.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has
not contacted him since long. Apparently, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to
get the same revived within a period of three months from today in case the cause survives.
