The prayer made in the application is for restoration of main
writ petition bearing SWP No. 129/2006, which was dismissed in default on 26.03.2015.
For the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed. The order dated 26.03.2015 dismissing the wit petition is recalled.
The writ petition is restored to its original number and the same be now listed today in the Supplementary Cause List.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
