submitted that the petitioners had approached this Court praying for inspection of the facilities available for imparting education for B.Ed Courses. For the purpose thereof, NOC from the State was required. The petitioners have not been able to produce the same. Hence, the prayer made in the present petition filed about a decade back has been rendered infructuous.
