prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner, who was running a college to impart B.Ed education had approached this Court to regularize the admissions made by him. The admissions had been made by him beyond his approved capacity. Vide interim order passed by this Court, the examination forms of the students were to be accepted only if the petitioner had removed the deficiencies. As he failed to do the needful, the examination forms of the students were not accepted.
