The petitioners had approached this Court alleging non-

compliance of the order dated 18.10.2014 passed by this Court in SWP No. 2926/2014. In terms of the aforesaid direction, the claim of the petitioners was directed to be considered.

Along with the statement of facts filed by respondent No. 3,

copies of different orders dated 22.04.2015 passed in the case of the petitioners have been annexed whereby the case of the claim of the petitioners stand rejected. Copy of the statement of facts was supplied to the counsel for the petitioner on 06.05.2016.

As the hearing of the cases now is being conducted through video conferencing, the required link for joining the video conferencing is being circulated amongst all the lawyers. Besides this, the Bench Secretary/Reader are forwarding the link to all the Advocates, who contact them one day prior to the listing of their cases. For which specific note is being published in the Cause List. But despite this, the counsel for the petitioner has not shown any interest.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents in the statement of facts filed, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to avail of their appropriate remedy against the order passed by the

competent authority in case they are aggrieved of the same.
