Learned counsel for the respondents fairly states
that by passing a consideration order dated 07.05.2024, the respondents have complied with the judgment passed by this Court. Disposed of accordingly. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the consideration order, he is at liberty to avail of such remedy as is available to him under the law.
