In compliance to the order passed by this Court in CWP No. 3905 of 2023, the respondents have complied with the judgment by passing a consideration order dated 14.09.2023, thereby rendering the instant petition infructuous. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the consideration order, he is at liberty to avail of such remedy as is available to him under the law.
