has informed the Court that there is one vacancy of Staff Nurse available at CHC Markand and the case of the petitioner will be considered for her adjustment at the said station. He further apprises the Court that as Director Health Services has retired recently, necessary order in this regard shall be passed as soon as next incumbent is appointed against the post.
