In view of the fact that the petition stands filed without filing any representation to the Competent Authority, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate representation to the Authority concerned, redressing therein the issue raised in the petition. In the event of any such representation being filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same be decided by the Competent Authority in terms of the averments contained therein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt thereof.
