Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation for her adjustment at some other station in the light of the medical condition of her husband. Learned counsel further submits that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, these proceedings are closed with an observation that let the representation be decided expeditiously and sympathetically.

In view of the request so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that these proceedings

are closed with the direction that let the representation filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of two weeks from today sympathetically and, if possible, the petitioner be adjusted at the station, wherein, she intends to be adjusted if the place is lying vacant. Interim order stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
