2. Petitioner is serving as Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) at Development Block Kaza, District Lahaul & Spiti. According to the petitioner, he was posted at the present place of posting on 03.06.2022. Petitioner’s grievance is that on completion of his normal tenure in the tribal & hard area, he made representations to the respondents on 21.09.2024, 21.10.2024 and 11.11.2024

(Annexure P-4 Colly.), seeking his transfer to a station of his choice in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, however, the respondents have not as yet considered petitioner’s representation.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
