3. In terms of the status report, save and except examination of three prosecution witnesses, statements of all other prosecution witnesses have been recorded and the matter is stated to be now fixed before the learned Trial Court on 24.09.2024 for examining the remaining three witnesses.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail petition at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s),
