With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage.

The writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-

1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

“I. That the operation of the impugned order of withdrawal of recognition of B.Ed. Course of the petitioner institution “Vallabh Government College, Distt. Mandi, H.P. dated 31.07.2024 at Annexure P-6, issued by the NRC, NCTE, New Delhi, respondent No.2 may kindly be ordered to be kept in abeyance till final disposal of the statutory appeal pending with respondent No.1 at Annexure p-14.

II. That the petitioner may kindly be permitted to participate in the Admission Process/Counselling for the B.Ed. Course being conducted by respondent No.3 for the instant academic session 2024-2025 and to admit the students accordingly, subject to the final outcome of the statutory appeal.”

Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submitted

that the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 20.08.2024 (Annexure P-14), against the order dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 withdrawing the recognition granted to the petitioner for conducting B.Ed programme, within time bound schedule.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 has no objection to the aforesaid prayer and for consideration of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within time bound schedule.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that no unnecessary adjournments shall be taken by the petitioner and all assistance shall be rendered for completion of codal formalities and

for furnishing the documents required by the competent authority for the disposal of the appeal. Looking to the aforesaid submissions

made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner (Annexure P-14), in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from today. Parties shall render their full assistance & cooperation towards timely disposal of the appeal. The assurance of learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has been noted that petitioner shall not take unnecessary adjournments. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
