applicants/appellants have sought condonation of 155 days delay that has crept-up in filing of the appeal. A perusal of paragraphs 3(i) to 3(iv) of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, discloses sufficient cause which prevented the applicants/appellants from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the aforesaid delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of. The appeal be registered.
