Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record Office Order dated 24.7.2023, which goes to indicate that the judgment in question has been fully complied with. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed and the matter is closed. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail such remedy, as available to him, in accordance with the law, including reviving of the instant petition, if so permissible.
