2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that benefit of work charge status on completion of eight years w.e.f. 01.01.2003 has been

extended to one Shri Kirpa Ram on 25^th September, 2023 (Annexure P-9), who is stated to be similarly placed

3. Per contra Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that SLP is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court, but in case the petitioners make representation(s) either separately or jointly, the respondents shall examine, subject to the outcome of the SLP aforesaid.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel at the very outset submits that the petitioners shall make representation(s) either separately or jointly, pointing out this aspect and all their grievances to the Respondent No.2-Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Himachal Pradesh, within two weeks from today; with further directions to the aforesaid respondent-authority to decide the same, within six weeks thereafter.

5. Needless to say that this Court has not adverted to the rival contentions/merits of the matter and all Questions of Facts as well as Law are left open.
