Though the pleadings are complete, but in view of subsequent events by which the petitioner is behind the bar in some criminal case and she cannot either claim or allowed to be permitted to rejoin duties, therefore, as jointly prayed for, the matter is adjourned sine die till the conclusion of criminal case, as referred to above.
