Learned counsel for respondent No.1, Municipal Council, Kullu states under instructions that during the pendency of the instant petition, petitioner has deposited the entire arrears of rent as payable to the respondent Council and now the respondent Council does not intend to execute the order of eviction against the petitioner.

liberty to approach this Court again in case the need so arises. Prayer being innocuous is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition, with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
