Learned vice counsel for the petitioner submitted that necessary documents in support of the writ petition have not been appended. Certain necessary pleadings required to be made in the petition were inadvertently left out. For these reasons, learned vice counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper particulars and relevant documents. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
