2. During the course of hearing today, learned
Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of instructions memo dated 14.08.2023, conveying that the impugned order dated 14.07.2023 has been cancelled with respect to the petitioner as well as respondent No.4. Copy of office order dated 11.08.2023, cancelling the impugned transfer order has also been appended alongwith the instructions memo.
3. Since the relief prayed for by the petitioner now stands granted to him, the present writ petition to stand disposed of accordingly.
