Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
there are some inadvertent errors in the pleadings of the petition. Certain material averments that were required to be made have inadvertently not been made in the petition. Certain grounds that were required to be raised have also not been taken up in the petition. He further submits that the relief clause also requires to be overhauled.
2. In view of these reasons, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition
