Following order was passed in this matter on
07.07.2023:-
“CWP No.4416 of 2023 & CMP No.8424 of 2023 Notice before admission.
Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Vikrant Thakur, learned counsel, accept service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1 and respondent no.3, respectively.
Separate notice be issued to respondent no.2, returnable within eight weeks, on taking steps within one week.

Since the petitioner had never sought for transfer from GDC, Reckong Peo and since even according to the respondents, he had not completed two years posting at Reckong Peo, and as per the transfer policy, he is supposed to undergo two winters and three summers in a tribal area, therefore, order dt. 30.06.2023, transferring the petitioner from GDC Reckong Peo to GDC Drang at Narla is stayed. Consequently, the posting of respondent no.3 at GDC Reckong Peo is also stayed.
List on 18th September, 2023.”
2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that
the petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been retained at the same place of posting and respondent No.3 has been transferred to some other place. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.3 also confirm this position.
In view of the above submissions, this writ petition to stand disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
