2. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for employment on compassionate ground against Class-III/IV post.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed
on record a copy of order darted 10.08.2023 and based on that submitted that the respondents have rejected the case of the petitioner for employment on compassionate grounds.
4. In view of this, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law against the consideration order passed by the respondents.
