During hearing of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred representations at Annexures P-3 and P-4 to the respondents for redressal of its grievances, projected in the instant petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be content in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3/competent authority to decide the aforesaid representations within a time bound schedule.
4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/ competent authority to decide the representations of the petitioner at Annexure P-3 and P-4, respectively within six weeks from today in accordance with law. Copy of order shall
also be communicated to the petitioner.
