Present: Ms. Gita Thakur, Advocate, vice Ms. Madhurika Sekhon Verma, Advocate, for the plaintiff. Mr. Sudheer Thakur, Sr. Advocate, with Mr. Karun Negi, Advocate, for defendants No.1 to 3.

Since the pecuniary jurisdiction from amount of Rs. 60,00,000/- upto Rs. 1,00,00,000/- has been vested in the Court of learned District Judge vide notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1 dated 17.10.2022, the present suit falls within the jurisdiction of learned District Judge, Shimla, H.P. and is accordingly transferred for disposal in accordance with law to said Court. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Shimla, on 18th October, 2023.
