Since, the pecuniary jurisdiction upto amount of Rs.30,00,000/- has been vested in the Court of Civil Judge vide Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1, dated 17.10.2022, the present suit falls within the jurisdiction of learned Civil Judge, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. and is accordingly transferred for disposal in accordance with law to said Court. The parties are directed to appear before learned Civil Judge, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P., on 28th April, 2023.
