Since, the pecuniary jurisdiction upto the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- has been vested in the Court of Civil Judge vide Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1, dated 17.10.2022, the present suit falls within the jurisdiction of learned Civil Judge, Poanta Sahib, H.P. and is accordingly transferred for disposal in accordance with law to said Court. The parties are directed to appear before learned Civil Judge, Poanta Sahib, District Sirmour, H.P., on 28th April, 2023.
