Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently all grounds available to the petitioner have not been pleaded in the petition. He, therefore, prays for withdrawing the petition with liberty to file afresh after incorporating proper pleadings. Prayer is not opposed. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
