Petitioner’s earlier bail petition bearing Cr.MP(M) No. 1254/2022 (Vinod Kumar Mishra Vs. Narcotics Control Bureau ) was dismissed by this Court vide reasoned order passed on 29.07.2022. Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 9386/2022 filed by the petitioner against this order was dismissed by the Hon’ble Apex Court on 7.11.2022. After about a month, the petitioner has preferred the instant petition for the grant of following prayer:-
“Therefore, Accused most respectfully prays to this Hon’ble Court to allow this petition and he may be ordered to be released on bail. Accused further prays that till the final disposal of the present petition, in the event of his arrest, the Accused may be ordered to be released on ad-interim bail. In alternative the interim bail of six months may be given to have treatment and recouping of health of the Petitioner by availing proper care and

food. Any other order, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice, is also passed.”
