The parties are ad idem that the appeals along with cross objections arising out of the awards passed in similar acquisition proceedings already stand dismissed by this Court vide judgment passed in RFA No.953 of 2012-C titled Land Acquisition Collector and another versus Jatinder Singh, along with connected matters , decided on 1st June, 2016.
- As such, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. The directions issued in the aforesaid judgment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the instant case. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
