Instructions that of the Superintendent of Police, Kangra, placed on record by the learned Additional Advocate General, prima-facie reveals allegations made in the complaint to be incorrect. Also, several cases stand registered, under different statutes, against the family members of the complainant and as such, we quash the present proceedings, without expressing any opinion thereupon, reserving liberty to the complainant to take recourse to such remedies as are available to her in accordance with law.
