By way of present petition, so registered on the basis of a letter addressed to this Court, of which suo motu cognizance is taken, letter petitioner has alleged nonimplementation of judgment dated 9^th June, 1993, passed by this Court in RSA No.68 of 1993, titled as Gobardhan Dass vs. State of H.P.

In view of order passed in CWP No.1760 of 2017, titled as Prema Devi vs. State of H.P. & others, no other and

further order is required to be passed in the present petition, which is disposed of accordingly.

The very same letter petitioner, namely Shri Amar Chand, has handed over another communication dated 18^th December, 2017, giving details of such of those persons against whom for various reasons the State has not take any action of taking back the possession of Government land pursuant to the orders passed by this Court. As such, we direct the Registry to register a separate CWPIL and place on record the aforesaid communication as also copy of the order.
