By way of this application, the applicants have
prayed for release of amount which stands deposited by the nonapplicant in the Registry of this Court.
No reply is intended to be filed to this application by the non-applicants.
Accordingly, in view of the averments made in this application, the same is allowed. The amount so deposited by the non-applicant with up to date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants as per their respective shares in their bank accounts, details of which are provided in the application. Application stands disposed of.
