The parties are present in person and have jointly stated
that as per custom they have effected divorce and now none of the parties have any subsisting claims against each other and have amicably settled all the inter se disputes between them.
have earlier been filed. It is further agreed that after this order, both the parties will be free to re-marry and shall have no claims whatsoever against each other. Their statements are taken on record.
following terms:-
(i) Since there is already a divorce effected between
the parties, they shall henceforth have no

relationship of husband and wife and shall be entitled to live apart.
(ii) Since both the parties have returned all the articles
that were given to each other at the time of marriage and even thereafter, no claim shall be entertainable henceforth.
(iii) Since parties have effected divorce, they are entitled to re-marry or live with any other spouse and none of the parties shall have right to interfere in the peaceful life of the other party.
(iv) The second party i.e. respondent-wife shall have no claim whatsoever towards the maintenance and shall not claim any interest or right in the immovable and movable property of the first party i.e. petitioner henceforth.
(v) Since the parties have amicably settled all the disputes, any litigation pending inter se them shall be deemed to be withdrawn forthwith.
