A perusal of the application, more particularly, paragraphs 3 and 4 thereof, would indicate sufficient cause which prevented the applicant/appellant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay of 9 days’ in filing of the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
