By medium of this application, the applicants/appellants have sought condonation of 35 days’ delay that has crept up in filing of the appeal. A perusal of the application, more particularly, paragraphs 2 and 3 thereof, would indicate sufficient cause which prevented the applicants/appellants from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay of 35 days’ in filing of the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
