Learned Deputy Advocate General submits on instructions
received over telephone from Shri Ajay Sharma, executive Engineer, HPPWD Division Rajgarh, that no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed in the main appeal before the Supreme Court. Therefore, the application is allowed. Consequently a sum of `8,81,978/- lying deposited in this case be released to the applicantrespondent Khazan Singh together with interest up to date by remitting the same in his account, particulars whereof finds mention in para-4 of the application and also extract of pass book annexed to the application. The application is accordingly disposed of.
