The petitioners are Revenue Chowkidars. They are aggrieved since they have not been granted the daily waged status in terms of the policy dated 27.2.2004 and subsequent policies issued from time to time. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in terms of the policy within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned before the second respondent.
