Petitioner has already made a representation to the Managing Director, H.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. for the redressal of his grievance towards seniority vide Annexure P-E, dated 20.04.2000. However, the same has not been decided till date.

Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 20.04.2000 (Annexure P-E) by a speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. It is made clear that in case the representation is

decided in favour of the petitioner, he shall be entitled to all the monetary benefits after assigning him the due and correct seniority. The petitioner shall be heard in person and for that purpose, separate notice be issued to him. No costs.
