By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for grant of parole leave on the ground that the petitioner he is suffering from pain and a joint replacement surgery is required to be carried out.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed this petition and produced the jail record of the petitioner.

I have heard the submissions canvassed and have gone through the jail record so produced. The medical documents are of the month of July 2022

and as per the jail remarks, the petitioner has been granted about six times, 14 days furlough leave and thrice has been granted parole leave. In addition, the jail remarks also states that the application for parole leave is pending before the concerned authority and hence, this Court does not find any cogent reason for grant of parole leave and hence, this petition is rejected.
